David Mitchell
Owner/Install Department Manager

David is a founding, Co-Owner at Mitchell Landscaping and is a landscape networking, customer relations, sales, and pesticide/ fertilization specialist. 

David is a hard-working entrepreneur that believes in providing an effective business with great service while employing individuals that have the same goals in mind. With an agricultural background that instilled the value of hard work, David consistently strives to improve his craft by finding cutting edge training and professional development that meets the needs of the Texas panhandle. He believes in conservation efforts and works to run his business with sustainable resources in mind.  Spending time in the beautiful outdoors is important to David. This is why he is so passionate about landscaping. Providing an enjoyable space to be with family and friends outside is something David is passionate about. 

A graduate of WTAMU, David has two children; daughter, Harper, who is eleven and son, Henry, who is nine.    

James Mitchell
Owner/Maintenance Department Manager

James is a founding Co-Owner at Mitchell Landscaping, specializing in customer relations and business development. James always knew he would do something outdoors. James loves connecting with customers throughout landscaping projects, seeing their thrill with the final product, and hearing stories about customers using their completed outdoor living spaces. The work ethic and desire to keep lawns and landscapes looking spectacular is what continues to drive him today, as well as his determination to re-create beautiful landscapes.  

An avid outdoorsman, James gets his inspiration from the natural beauty around him.  James’ educational background includes graduating from Texas A&M University, with a degree in Animal Science, and over a decade of experience in the landscaping industry. James is full of integrity, has an energizing personality, and has a sincere love for others. When not hard at work, James loves to spend time with his family, volunteering at church, or in the outdoors hunting and fishing.
